The size is actually 13 by 11 inches as mentioned which is great for the gym, but it leaves a bit of a sticky residue on my arms after it dries.

i thought the menthol would be stronger. it feels okay for a quick wipe after a run but not as refreshing as i expected. pack is bulky to carry in a small pouch.
