Returns
tokiké guarantees a total customer satisfaction. To return any items that are defective or damaged or not as per your original order, please mail us at [email protected] within 48 hours from the time of delivery along with images of the delivered product and their tags/invoice for a prompt refund or replacement. All defective or damaged items or items not as per your order that are to be returned must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt, a return / exchange authorization number and in unused and with box condition, otherwise the same will not be accepted by tokiké. You will be refunded for the product total, plus applicable sales tax paid. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Shipping, Postage and other charges for return of these products will not be refunded by us.
