- To return any items that are defective or damaged or not as per your original order, please mail us at [email protected] within 48 hours from the time of delivery along with images of the delivered product and their tags/invoice for a prompt refund or replacement.
- All defective or damaged items or items not as per your order that are to be returned must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt, a return / exchange authorization number and in unused and with box condition, otherwise the same will not be accepted by tokiké.
- You will be refunded for the product total, plus applicable sales tax paid.
- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
- Shipping, Postage and other charges for return of these products will not be refunded by us.
