Attach the detachable strap to the Tokike Noa sleeve for hands-free carrying or use it as a standalone case. Clean the canvas surface with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Ensure the waterproof lining is dry before placing devices inside to prevent moisture buildup.
Shipping
Purchases are shipped from our own/or third-party warehouses/ stores or offices. Our endeavour is to make the products reach you within 5-7 working days (for Metro cities, in India), 10-15 working days (for non-Metro cities, in India) and 30-45 working days (for Metro cities, World Wide) from receipt of order and payment depending on the delivery address. Delivery challan/invoice attached with the product upon delivery will be required to be acknowledged and signed by you or any other person at the address of delivery mentioned by you at the time of order.
Returns
tokiké guarantees a total customer satisfaction. To return any items that are defective or damaged or not as per your original order, please mail us at [email protected] within 48 hours from the time of delivery along with images of the delivered product and their tags/invoice for a prompt refund or replacement. All defective or damaged items or items not as per your order that are to be returned must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt, a return / exchange authorization number and in unused and with box condition, otherwise the same will not be accepted by tokiké. You will be refunded for the product total, plus applicable sales tax paid. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
