These 6mm discs are exactly what I needed for my miniature models. Despite the 1.5mm thickness, the pull is quite strong. Fits perfectly in tight spots where a regular magnet would be too bulky.

they are really small and do the job well for discreet fastening. my only issue is they are so thin at 1.5mm that they can be a bit tricky to separate if you have larger hands.
