The backing was peeling off when I opened the package. For a hand-tufted rug, this level of quality control is disappointing as the New Zealand wool is already fraying at the edges.

Anti-slip layer is very effective on my wooden desk. It provides a nice tactile feel while I am editing videos, though the 1.5 Ft length is just barely enough for my full-size keyboard.

High-density wool feels thick and plush. It adds a nice structured look to the desk setup, but it does require regular brushing to keep the hand-tufted pile looking clean.

natural wool used here is quite prickly against my palms. I thought it would be softer for a premium item, but it is too stiff for my liking during long gaming hours.
