The 4000 GSM pile is surprisingly thick underfoot. I put the 3x3 size in my study and the New Zealand wool feels quite premium. The graphic is sharp.

it is soft and the hand tufted quality is decent, but the 2x2 ft size is very small. limited to just a small corner of the room.
