Opened the package to find the wool pulling apart at the edges. For a hand tufted item, the quality control is very poor as the backing is showing through the pile in several spots.

It feels very thick underfoot due to the 4000 GSM density. This 3 x 1 ft size is a bit smaller than I imagined, but it looks good.

Paisa vasool quality. New Zealand wool is actually soft and the cut-pile finish is very dense. It looks exactly like the pictures.

i expected better from 100% wool. Fibres are coming out in clumps and it has made my floor very messy. Not durable at all.
