The 3D design is helpful because the fabric stays away from my mouth while talking. Ear loops are adjustable, but the Large size is slightly tight around the chin area..

Nose bridge gives a decent seal so my glasses don't fog up much. It is definitely more sustainable than buying disposables every week, though the multiple layers make it a bit heavy.
