- Processing: Orders placed before 1 PM IST ship the same day; later orders ship next business day.
- Tracking: Customers receive tracking details via email once dispatched.
- Delays: Shipping timelines may extend during lockdowns, courier delays, or public holidays.
- Address Responsibility: Customers must provide correct addresses; incorrect details leading to lost parcels will require re-shipping at customer cost.
- RTO Orders: If a parcel returns undelivered (RTO), reshipping can be arranged once the customer pays the shipping fee again.
- No Returns/Exchanges: Accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Reporting Damage: Must contact customer support at [email protected] within 2 days of delivery with an uncut unboxing video as proof.
- Refunds: Processed to the original payment method within 7 business days after inspection and approval.
- Cancellations: Allowed only before dispatch; a ₹500 or 10% fee (whichever is higher) applies to cancelled custom/sale orders under ₹5000.
- Lost or Missing Packages: Must be reported within 2 days of tracking showing “delivered” for claim initiation.
- Color Disclaimer: Minor color or finish variations are not considered defects and are not eligible for return.
