Used the sushi mat and chopsticks for a home dinner. All the ingredients like the sticky rice and nori were portioned exactly right for two people so nothing went to waste.

bahut accha experience. The video tutorial helped a lot with the rolling process. Sriracha mayo and pickled ginger taste very authentic.

everything is in the box even the tempura flour and wasabi powder. The rolling takes some practice though.. our first few pieces weren't perfect but tasted fine.

The kit is quite comprehensive for beginners. Only issue was the wasabi powder is quite strong so use it carefully. Rest of the condiments were great.
