The machine is quite heavy and good quality steel. flour and semolina were enough for a few tries but the clamp for the table could be slightly wider for my thick kitchen counter.

Usages & Care
Use the manual machine to roll and cut pasta dough prepared from the included flour and semolina. Clean the pasta machine with a dry brush or cloth after use; avoid contact with water to prevent rust. Store ingredients in a cool, dry place.
