- It usually takes 5-6 working days for a package to reach.

- Please note that only items that are damaged or defective upon arrival are eligible for exchange.
- The whole kit or all the contents in the kit will not be exchanged.

- Our customer support team will guide you through the exchange process and provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
- In the rare event that you receive a completely damaged or defective product, we will work with you to provide a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs, for damaged or defective products.
- Return Shipping: Kitsters is responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return, except in cases where the product was not received during delivery and is an RTO.
- In which case, the customer has to pay extra shipping charges for re-shipping the product.
- Refunds: In case of a product being out of stock after the order is placed, a refund will be issued within 7 working days from the date of the order.
- In case the delivery partner is not able to service or deliver the product to the customer, a refund will be issued within 7 working days from the date of the order.
