The spinning part is harder than the video guide makes it look. I struggled to get a full fluffy shape on the wooden skewer.

kit is okay but the machine needs to heat up for a long time before the sugar starts turning into floss. only 10 skewers included so those got over very quickly.

Add Kitsters flavoured sugar into the machine using the measuring spoon and spin the wooden skewers to collect the floss. Ensure the unit is unplugged and fully cooled before wiping down with a dry or damp cloth to remove sugar residue.
Shipping
It usually takes 5-6 working days for a package to reach. You will receive a tracking link as soon as the package has been picked up from us. In case of any tracking issue, kindly contact us immediately.
Returns
Eligibility for Exchange: 1.1. You may initiate an exchange within 1 day from the date of delivery. 1.2.
