Gochujang paste in this is exactly what I wanted for that deep red broth. It made a very filling dinner for two without having to buy full bottles of every sauce.

Flavour profile is good but I wish the noodle quantity was just a tiny bit more. The gochugaru powder gives it a nice kick though.
