Received a dented bucket with visible scuffs on the brushed metal surface. Quality control seems missing because the stainless steel was scratched right out of the box.

Solid construction and the insulation is effective. Used it for a three hour gathering and the ice remained mostly solid. A bit smaller than I imagined but it does the job.
