The slim fit is exactly what I wanted. Most cargo pants are too baggy but these stay close to the leg while still having all the utility pockets.

pockets are deep enough for my phone and keys. only issue is the fabric is a bit thinner than I expected for cargos, but it is comfortable for all-day wear.
