Use the provided fabric paints to fill in the printed graphic on the bag. Allow the paint to dry completely for at least 20 minutes before use or folding.

It usually takes 5-6 working days for a package to reach. You will receive a tracking link as soon as the package has been picked up from us. In case of any tracking issue, kindly contact us immediately.

Eligibility for Exchange: 1.1. You may initiate an exchange within 1 day from the date of delivery. 1.2. Please note that only items that are damaged or defective upon arrival are eligible for exchange. The whole kit or all the contents in the kit will not be exchanged. Initiating an Exchange: 2.1. Return Shipping: 3.1. Kitsters is responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return, except in cases where the product was not received during delivery and is an RTO. In which case, the customer has to pay extra shipping charges for re-shipping the product. Refunds: 4.1. In case of a product being out of stock after the order is placed, a refund will be issued within 7 working days from the date of the order. 4.2. In case the delivery partner is not able to service or deliver the product to the customer, a refund will be issued within 7 working days from the date of the order.
