Paint the pre-printed graphics using the provided fabric colours and allow to dry for at least 20 minutes. Hand wash the finished bag gently in cold water to preserve the artwork.

Eligibility for Exchange: 1.1. You may initiate an exchange within 1 day from the date of delivery. 1.2. Please note that only items that are damaged or defective upon arrival are eligible for exchange. The whole kit or all the contents in the kit will not be exchanged. Initiating an Exchange: 2.1. In the rare event that you receive a completely damaged or defective product, we will work with you to provide a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs, for damaged or defective products. Return Shipping: 3.1. Kitsters is responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return, except in cases where the product was not received during delivery and is an RTO. In which case, the customer has to pay extra shipping charges for re-shipping the product. Refunds: 4.1. In case of a product being out of stock after the order is placed, a refund will be issued within 7 working days from the date of the order. 4.2. In case the delivery partner is not able to service or deliver the product to the customer, a refund will be issued within 7 working days from the date of the order.
