received these with a visible tear in the suede near the laces. for a handmade shoe, the finishing was quite sloppy and not what i expected from a hand-welted build.

Authentic oxfords in UK size 12 are hard to find. The hand-welted construction is solid and you can tell these are handmade. They look very sharp with my office trousers.
