Delivery Terms and Conditions We are currently servicing orders with a lead time of 48-72 hours. We are open during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time our offices will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure delivery delays are kept to a minimum. Change of Delivery Address and Timings Requests for change of delivery address / timing will be taken on a case to case basis and will only be entertained before order dispatch. Wrong Product / Unfit to use: In the rare case that you received a food product that has gone bad or is not in a condition to be consumed/ used, customers are requested to contact us at [email protected] within 2 hours of receiving the package with details about the package condition and other specifics. As a company, we prioritize your health over anything else and have a zero tolerance policy towards food gone bad. Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
