- External factors may cause delays, and customers will be notified if delivery extends beyond 7 days from the order date.
- CarryPro accepts returns only if the product received is damaged or incorrect.
- A pickup will be arranged, and a replacement unit will be delivered.
- These orders cannot be canceled.
- If the product is received in perfect condition but you wish to return it for personal reasons, you may request a return within 48 hours of delivery by emailing [email protected].
- After we receive the product, a quality check will be done before processing the full refund.
- Any damages will void eligibility.
- COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer or UPI.
- Only one return is allowed per customer within 30 days.
- If an order is returned due to customer unavailability, it counts as the first return.
- Second order within 30 days will not be eligible for return.
- Color exchanges require a fee of ₹250 for pickup + delivery.
- Only one exchange is allowed within 2 months and must be requested within 2 days of delivery.
- Warranty: CarryPro products include 1–5 years of manufacturing warranty (depending on the product).
- Warranty covers only manufacturing defects and excludes damage from misuse, neglect, abrasion, or harsh environments.
- If replacement is needed and the same model is unavailable, a comparable CarryPro product will be offered.
- Refunds for price differences will not be provided.
- To claim warranty, email photographs to [email protected].
- If photos are insufficient, you may be asked to ship the product for inspection.
- Shipping charges will be refunded upon valid warranty approval.
