- Return and Refund If you are not satisfied with the product, you can request return and refund within two (2) working days from date of delivery of product by writing to us at [email protected] with the subject ‘Please refund my order’.
- We will get back to you at the earliest with a decision.
- If the product is damaged, we will analyze the damage and issue a full refund.

- We will get back to you at the earliest with a decision.
- Our payment service providers will initiate a refund of your order amount to your bank account within ten (10) working days.
- In case of chargebacks, Brown Rush Coffee will furnish information to the relevant payment service provider pertaining to the completion of transaction and/or delivery of product to you within five (5) days of receiving the chargeback notification.
