The Horween waxed flesh leather has a very interesting texture. It feels solid and heavy. Only thing is the break-in period is a bit tough because the hand-welted construction is so stiff initially.

What people think
All 5 reviewsdr. sole unit provides excellent traction on the road. contrast stitching looks neat. size runs slightly large so i have to wear thicker socks.
bahut accha boot. you can really see the quality in the 360 degree hand welting. the blackwood finish is already starting to show some character.
hardware is sturdy and the metal eyelets feel like they will last a lifetime. the waxed flesh is a bit of a dust magnet though.
clean captoe profile that goes well with denim. the build is very durable. i wish the laces were just a few inches longer for a better wrap around the ankle.
