If you return an order delivered to you, order shipping charges will not be refunded. After placing an order, in case you want to cancel your order, you can easily do so until it has not been processed or shipped by us and is in our warehouse. We will not be able to cancel those orders that have been already processed and shipped. We will contact you within 2 business days of such cancellation and give you the option to exchange / refund / cancel the order based on your convenience.
