How to Mix (basic)
- Fill a shaker with ice.
- Add one premix pouch and 60–90 ml (2–3 oz) of the recommended spirit (see pack label).
- Shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds and strain into the glass.
- Garnish as suggested on the pack (e.g., basil, lime, smoked ginger or citrus twist).
- Orders are dispatched within 36 hours of placement.
- Standard delivery timeline: 3–5 working days from dispatch (excluding Sundays & public holidays).
- Shipping available only to serviceable pin codes across India.
- All orders are shipped safely from May & Co.’s warehouse using trusted courier partners.
- Customers will receive their orders at the shipping address provided at checkout.
- Delivery delays may occur due to courier or unforeseen issues, but the team ensures timely updates.
- No cancellations or refunds once the order is placed.

- Include your Order ID and clear images of the damaged product/package for review.
- Upon verification, a refund (if applicable) will be processed within 7 business days.
- Returns or replacements are only accepted for damaged-in-transit items.
