Shipping

- For the Made to Order Products we dispatch orders 14 days from the day of the order being placed.
Returns
- We accept return requests up to 2 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition.
- We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return in Store Credit.
- Discounted and Sale Items are not eligible for returns.
- All products must be returned within 7 days of delivery to qualify for a refund.
- Products that show signs of repeated use will not be accepted as returns.
- Products must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered in order to be returned for a refund.
- Refunds can only be issued via Store Credit.
- Processing time for refunds is 3-4 business days from the date of our receiving the returned product.
- The product is returned to us in its original condition and original packaging.
- Remittance fee and RTO charges will be subtracted from the refunded amount.
